The SUBITO consortium involves leading representatives
of five major communities:
- Leaders in the Security Field compose the Industry Community.
Its main responsibilities are the coordination of the project,
the industrial exploitation of the results, the definition
of the system architecture and demonstration and some smaller
parts of the research and development.
- The Research and Technology community is represented by CEA,
ONERA, Arsenal and VTT. Its main responsibilities are the
supporting technology studies, the knowledge and assessment
on leading-edge technologies and the scenario and
implementation definition.
- The Academic community is represented by University of Leeds,
University of Reading and University of Oxford. Their main
responsibilities are the development of the algorithms and
their implementation and assessment of the privacy, ethical
and legal issues associated with "intellegent" CCTV.
- The end user council main responsibilities are assisting in
the scenario definition and identification of operational
processes. They will also provide access to sensor operators
and real scenario data.
